r. r. campbell is an author, editor, and the founder of the Writescast Network, a podcast collective for writers, by writers. His debut novel, Accounting for It All, premiered in November 2018.
To date, he has also been published in Five:2:One Magazine’s #thesideshow, Erotic Review, and National Journal Writing Month.
The EMPATHY series is his first foray into science fiction, though Imminent Dawn was initially written well before any of his other published material. Its inception was sparked originally by an interest in the Turing Test; vast, multi-perspective storytelling à la the A Song of Ice and Fire series; and Daniel Keyes’ Flowers for Algernon.
r. r. is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned his B.A. in Spanish and Linguistics with an emphasis on phonology and psycholinguistics.
He lives in Stoughton, Wisconsin with his wife and their cats, Hashtag and Rhaegar.
